The Process
Booking your design slot

To book a design slot contact us to let us know what package you want and we'll let you know our availability. A deposit of £100 will be required to secure your space, and will be taken off your later design fees.
Design brief & mood board

On your project start date, we will get to work by developing a mood board for your space. The mood board will show our ideas for your room, and if needed we can tweak it for you. Once you have confirmed you are happy with the mood board for the room, we will start to create your bespoke design package.

Design questionnaire
You will receive an email requesting details about your project, as well as a link to our design questionnaire which will collect information such as your design style and your specific budget. You can choose your preferred contact method: email, telephone or WhatsApp.

The finished product
Your final e-design will be completed within 3-4 weeks. The remaining fee will be requested before release of the final design - this should be paid within 7 days of the date of the final invoice. You'll also be informed that your design is ready. If any revisions are required once the e-design is complete, this will require additional time.
